Suitable for winter stay from 1 November to 31 March at a satisfactory rental price. The owners are always at your disposal for anything you need.

( One more if need on living room area.)
2 bedrooms with double beds and a twin bedroom ( sheets & blankets provided ) , fully equiped kitchen, 2 bathrooms fully equipped (towels provided) - AC, , flat-screen Smart TV, Netflix, Fireplace , heating radiators .Heating oil and firewood are not included in the rental cost. We are at your disposal only for their supply.
Can use the covered barbecue outdoors with a capacity of 15 people.
Location just a short 2 minute drive near the seaside village of Milatos , 15 minutes drive to Malia, Sissi, 25 minute drive from the lovely resort of Agios Nikolaos, Elunda, Plaka.

Milatos is a wonderful traditional seaside small village of Crete , quiet place , at very short distances for short excursions of your choice.
Its taverns are famous for their delicious Cretan food and fresh fishes .
Can find Mini Markets for essentials. Large supermarkets, bakeries, in Malia and Neapolis 15 minutes drive from the villa.
