Getting around
We highly recommend exploring Athens on foot as it's a wonderful city to discover. The nearest Metro station, Evangelismos, is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from our front door. It's worth noting that the Blue Line connects directly to the airport, offering easy access for travellers. Additionally, Syntagma Square is approximately a 25-minute walk away, where you'll find a range of bus and trolley lines that can take you to various parts of Athens. If you're heading to the airport, you can catch bus number X95.

Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct.
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
