Located 10 minutes walk from Madalena Beach and a quick drive to the main tourist attractions in Porto, LIVE WELL ☀ Beach Guest Home is a complete, modern and quiet guest house with 3 bedrooms and shared swimming pool. You can relax, have fun and sunbathe while enjoying a friendly atmosphere around the swimming pool. Pick and enjoy the oranges, mandarins, figs, persimmons, plums, olives and lemons available on the property during the season!

The home is located in a condominium with shared swimming pool. It is absolutely perfect for families or groups of friends looking to experience some relaxing days close to the beach.

￫ Bedrooms
The apartment has three bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with 2 single beds and the third one with a bunk bed.

￫ Bathroom
The apartment has a bathrooms with shower.

￫ Living Room
The living room has a flat-screen TV, an inviting sofa and a dining table for 6.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, microwave, kettle and manual coffee maker (coffee not included).

￫ City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2€ per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights.
￫ The swimming pool is seasonal and its open from 15th April till 15th October.
￫ The swimming pool only allows children with an adult supervised.
￫ Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium.
￫ Please be aware there is security cameras in the common exterior areas of the property.
￫ Smoking is not allowed inside our apartments. An additional fee will be charged if the rule is broken.
￫ The use of the pool and common areas is exclusive for guests registered in the reservation. An additional fee will be charged if the rule is broken.
￫ The air conditioning units should not be set to temperatures above 20ºC, and we advise against turning them all on simultaneously if you plan to use the water heater or stove.
