The apartment is located at 15/20 minutes walk from the historic center of Cascais, in a very quiet residential area and with easy and free parking lot.
Surrounded by commerce and services, the apartment is on the 6th floor and has a superb view of Cascais, the sea and the mountain.
The apartment is refurbished with good taste and a lot of comfort. It has a lot of light and a breathtaking view. From your windows, you can see the best view of Cascais.
The apartment has the social area of the room with meal zone and leisure zone, with LCD TV with international channels and free WiFi.
It has fully equipped kitchenette with plate and oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster and mixer. It also has washing machine, board and iron. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your home meals.

It is also about 10 minutes drive from Quinta da Marinha, one of the best golf fields in the area, surrounded by green pines.
For lovers of the Equestrian arts, the Equestrian Center is also available at Quinta da Marinha, as well as a complete gym with tennis and paddle.
Within a radius of 5 km you will find the Estoril Congress Center, the Estoril Casino and the Estoril race track.
