The building is early 20th century, full of charm and it was fully renovated. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator (after the first flight of stairs with 22 steps) with lots of natural light, and sweeping views over the street. The flat is very comfortable, with central heating, air conditioning and double glazed windows.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
