We rent a beautiful furnished and fully equipped apartment with 97sqm in the heart of Laage near Rostock. The apartment can be rented for up to 7 people per month (warm and all in). The apartment has a maximum occupancy of up to 7 beds (3 double rooms, 1 single room). Included are all utilities, operating costs as well as internet use and bed linen, if desired. As long as the electricity, heating and water consumption is within the normal range, there are no additional costs.
The apartment has a hallway, a nice shower room with tub and shower, window and own washing machine as well as a fitted kitchen with large refrigerator and an extra living room with sofa, dining area and TV.
