A central apartment with 5 minutes to all shopping facilities around Ostendplatz. In 3 bus stops you are in the city center, it is still quiet and with its own garage.

The apartment is comfortably furnished, the open kitchen gives the apartment a loft character, with large double bed, a 55 inch TV, WLAN, its own washer-dryer and a separate bathroom.

Due to the Zweckentfremdungssatzung in Stuttgart, I am only looking for guests with at least 6 months stay.
