Is a bright and spacious bedroom on the top floor with 4 big roof windows. This bedroom is a private bedroom for 1 person or a shared bedroom for a couple or 2 friends to share. It has 2 beds that can be put together to form one big king size bed if the bedroom is booked as a private bedroom for 1 person.

This is a beautiful older house with a lot of history. Everything has been renovated and is in top conditions. Only 2 minutes walk to the University of Iceland. The house is on 3 floors and has 7 bedrooms 2 and a half bathrooms. Each and everyone gets a new bed with bed linens and duvets. New study desk with a comfortable chair and a lamp. There are also sets of towels for each and everyone.

Blow drier and iron is at the house for everyone to use.

In the common area we have comfortable sofa with 42" cable Tv and a big dining table for up to 8 people.

Bus stops right in front of the house. Only 5 min walking distance to nearest supermarket.
The house is located in a family friendly neighbourhood with the best swimming pool, coffee shop, bakery and ice cream shop in all Reykjavík.

Note: In the shared bedrooms, there will be two separate single beds but they can be put together to form a double bed if an individual wants to book the room as a private room.

Note: One of the bathroom in the house is attached to Room 1 and is a private bathroom for Room 1.
