It is a 45 square meters well furnished apartment with a large living room, a pretty room with space and dressings and a small room with a single bed, an open kitchen, separate bathroom.
We provide fresh towels, bed linens.
It has free wifi and HD TV with international cable channels.
The kitchen has all modern equipment with a fridge, cook-top, microwave/grill and coffee machine.
Shower and toilets. Body gel and shampoo will be at your disposal. There is a hairdryer and an iron with an iron board.
To put your clothes and personal belongings, there is a spacious wardrobes.

## Access

On the fifth floor with elevator of a beautiful building, with a secured doors before the access to the flat.

## Neighborhood

You will love to walk in the the Parisian streets of the 11th arrondissement, on the Saint-Martin canal, with its cute small shops and concept stores.
Around the apartment you will also find many cafes, shops, public parks, traditional bakeries, ... All this accessible by walking distance ! As the apartment is located in a good transit neighborhood, you have a quick access to La Défense, and all the business centers.

## Transit

The accommodation is close to République metro station, on lines 3, 5, 8, 9 and 11.
From the Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport, you take RER B until Gare du Nord then line 5 until Oberkampf. From Orly airport, you take Orlyval until Antony, then RER B until Gare du Nord and finally line 5 until Oberkampf.
