🏡 It’s a bright, high-end, quiet place which is perfect for people who value their work-time and focus during the week and like to go on sporty activities outside their work (it’s very close to a sport centre/running paths, padel field & levada walk are right in front - see pictures).
📍Great location: Shops, restaurants, cafés, bars, massage/spa places and a fancy (but free) coworking space are only a short walk away.
Funchal old town/centre is 11 min by car/scooter (or direct bus connection right in front), some beautiful beaches/viewpoints less than 5 min.
🤝 The flat is shared with 2-3 positive, friendly & active nomads who like to go on activities, hikes and events together (also with the other Colivings I manage) 🏔️🌊 🧗‍♀️ 🥙 🏊‍♀️🏄🏻‍♀️🚣‍♂️🤿🥳🧘‍♀️
🏍️ 🚗 There is an option to share vehicles with the other Colivers (we also have low cost scooters for rent)
