Milano 38 Carcentina is a large three-room apartment on two floors, a stone's throw from the central street of Bormio. Located a stone's throw from the historic center, the apartment, equipped with a reserved paid private parking in a private garage, is strategic for those who want to be in the center and be able to forget the car, also taking advantage of public transport. The apartment is located on the second floor and has a balcony right in front of the Bormio ski slopes which are 500 meters away. Milano 38 Carcentina is the ideal solution for large families who want to enjoy Bormio both in summer and in winter. The apartment has a cozy and large living area with balcony, TV, dishwasher and all the small appliances for a comfortable stay, double bedroom and bathroom; on the top floor attic there is a small bathroom and a very large bedroom with a double bed and a single and a half bunk bed, ideal as a play area for children as well.
RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;
We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-outdate;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.
- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €3,50 per person per night
MINIMUM STAY MILAN ACCOMMODATION
60 nights minimum stay is required for the reservations with check- in between March 12th 2024 and April 23th 2024 included.
N.B. only for our properties located in Milan: for the bookings with check-in between March 12th and April 23th 2024, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.
The check out between 11th April and 21st April 2024 included is not allowed.
