All bedsheets will be there when you arrive but it is mandatory to pay them when you move out, the price is around 60.-€.
Cleaning service for kitchen, bathrooms and living room included once a week
It is located next to the Plaza Mayor, with a supermarket in the same building. Subway stations are: Latina, Tirso de Molina and Sol.
For the room reservation you have to pay the first month with roomlessrent and also directly to the owner a two months deposit + sign the contract, if you don´t pay to the owner the two months security deposit and sign the contract, the apartment cannot be rented even if you have paid the first month through roomlessrent. The two months deposit will be returned when you leave if you haven´t caused any damage.
