We purchased and renovated this studio in the Fall of 2020. The studio is located in Todorini Kuli directly across from the Kempinski Hotel and Gondola station.

The kitchen is equipped with a double electric hob, hotel style fridge, microwave, electric kettle, pots, plans, dinnerware, drinkware and cutlery. There is a full bathroom with a shower cabin. The living area has two Ikea "Click Clack" sofa beds. When opened, each sofa bed is 160cm x 200cm so the studio can sleep a total of four people. There is a wardrobe and set of drawers for clothing.

You will also have access to a storage room where you can store skis, bikes, luggage, etc. Wi-Fi is free and the connection is good. There is also a Smart TV in the studio.

The neighbourhood is in ideal location. You are across the street from the gondola and a 15 minute walk down Pirin Street to the old town. Within minutes from our building, you are in walking distance to plenty of bars, restaurants, tour agencies, mini markets, spas, massages, yoga, and much more.

The rate of $350.00, including utilities, is valid outside of ski season. During ski season (Dec. 15-April 15), the monthly rent is $600.00 per month including utilities.
