You live in a wonderfully spacious apartment, in a quiet location, yet centrally located near the suspension railway (bus stop "Alter Markt") and various bus connections. You can always find parking spaces in the area.
The accommodation
The stylishly furnished apartment is equipped with an equipped pantry kitchen, mobile oven and induction hob, WiFi and TV.
The apartment offers everything you need for a longer stay. Bedlinen, towels and kitchen ready to move in only with a suitcase.
This apartment is perfectly suited for business and private travellers, lecturers and professors as well as project participants.
The apartment was lovingly renovated and refurbished in spring 2023. The apartment is on the ground floor of a very well-kept house.
A new and very comfortable queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) awaits you in the living room/bedroom.
The room is large and lets in a lot of natural light.
The kitchen itself is fully equipped and well suited to cater for longer stays.
The daylight bathroom with window is tiled in modern white and has a shower.
In the attic there is a laundry room in the house with its own washing machine.
