This beautiful loft offers everything you need to feel good.
Through the large windows and the many lamps the apartment radiates a wonderful warmth.

The completely furnished loft offers space for one to nine people. When you visit, the spacious couch can be converted into a guest bed. Bed linen, as well as pillows and blankets
are also available in sufficient quantities for this purpose. The kitchen is fully equipped with
high-quality built-in appliances such as dishwasher, coffee machine and induction cooker.
The Bang & Olufson plasma TV shows all national and international programmes.

Messe Essen is 10 minutes away and Düsseldorf 25 minutes.
The loft is completely furnished and equipped.
It is 146 sqm large and the gable is 6 meters high.
The fireplace warms on cold days, on warm days you sit on the loggia to relax and smoke ;-)
After an introduction to the service you can also use the private lift.
There are 2 car parking spaces. 1 in the garage and 1 directly in front of it.
Rüttenscheid is the pub/restaurant district. It is reachable in 10 minutes.

The supermarket Lidl is 5 minutes away. Right next to Mc Donalds.
We now offer a personal shuttle service with your own minivan.
If you want to go to the fair in Düsseldorf we will bring you there and pick you up in the evening. The price is 49 Euro one way for up to 8 persons.
For larger groups we come with a 2nd vehicle.
Airport shuttle to/from Düsseldorf Airport is offered at the same price.

Diese wunderschöne Loft bietet alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht.
Durch die großen Fenster und die vielen Lampen strahlt die Wohnung eine herrliche Wärme aus.

Die komplett eingerichtete Loft bietet Platz für ein bis neun Personen. Bei Besuch kann die großzügige Couch zu einem Gästebett umgebaut werden. Bettwäsche, sowie Kissen und Decken
sind auch dafür ausreichend vorhanden. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet mit
hochwertigen Einbaugeräten wie Geschirrspüler, Kaffemaschine und Induktionsherd.
Der Bang & Olufson Plasma Fernseher zeigt alle nationalen und internationalen Programme.

Die Messe Essen ist 10 Minuten und Düsseldorf 25 Minuten entfernt.
Das Loft ist komplett möbliert und ausgestattet.
Es ist 146 qm groß und der Giebel ist 6 Meter hoch.
Die Feuerstelle wärmt an kalten Tagen, an warmen sitzt ihr auf der Loggia zum Entspannen und rauchen ;-)
Nach einer Einführung in die Bedienung könnt Ihr auch den privaten Lift benutzen.
Es gibt 2 PKW Stellplätze. 1 in der Garage und 1 direkt davor.
Rüttenscheid ist das Kneipen/Restaurant Viertel. Es ist in 10 min erreichbar.
