The furnished apartment is in a preferred and quiet location in the outskirts of Bochum. It is a 2-room basement apartment of 44 m² with large living, dining and kitchen area, bedroom and bathroom.
The bedroom is equipped with a large bed 1.40m x 2.00 m for 2 persons, bedside table, 3-door closet and wide drawer chest of drawers. The living room is equipped with a sofa, which can be used as an additional sleeping possibility for 1-2 persons, a sideboard with TV and living room cupboard. LAN and W-LAN are available free of charge.
The new open fitted kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, a small oven and a ceramic hob. The dining area offers an extendable table with 4 comfortable chairs. French Press coffee maker, kettle, dishes, cutlery, ironing board and clotheshorse are available. The bathroom with shower is comfortable and spacious. All windows of the basement apartment are equipped with blackout blinds and burglar-proof glazing. In each room there is a window with insect screen.
The furnished apartment in a 3-family house is conveniently located in Bochum-Eppendorf on the edge of a green belt with excellent infrastructure. Public transportation is within walking distance in 4 to 8 minutes. The city center of Bochum can be reached by car in 10 min, the Ruhr-University Bochum in 15 min and by public transport in 25 - 30 min without changing. The next S-Bahn station is 13 min away by bus. Neighboring cities such as Essen, Dortmund and the beautiful old town of Hattingen are also within easy reach.
