Wonderful & spacious loft close to park

Big room with a nice view in 1 minute walk to Milchof station (8 minutes ride to the Hbf).
The room is bright and has a beautiful view to a park which is just within 7-10 minutes walk from the WG. The roomates are quite but communicative in the same time so you always will someone to talk to :)
On the kitchen you will find everuthing you need to cook. There are 2 bathrooms for 4 people -- so each one is for 2 only which is really convinient.

There are some items that can be bought additionaly for a total of 200 Euro to make the room feel as home:
Mirror at full height, 3 lamps to make diffused pleasant light, chancellery (document for stands and pencils), plaid, small carpet right near the bed. Also bed linens (2 packages) are available and the set of cutleries, plates, cups, pan and so on.
