If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.Unauthorised late check-out will be charged £50 per hour.Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
