THE APARTMENT

Luxury exterior apartment with terrace, very centric and bright, with one bedroom, two single beds (105x200) and its own bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy wonderful views of the city, you can even see the Royal Theater and part of the Royal Palace. It has heating, A/C, and is fully equipped. Spacious living-dining room with TV. It is in the heart of Madrid, a few meters from the Plaza Mayor. Despite being in the heart of the city, it is a quiet apartment in a secure building, with concierge during working hours.

The price includes 2 cleanings of the apartment per month, you can request more cleanings with an additional cost.
The wifi contract is included with its own router inside the apartment.

It is forbidden to smoke, host parties and make noise or play music that transcends from the apartment. The apartment is located in a community with other homes, so respect for other residents is essential.

DOORS, WINDOWS AND TERRACE ARE NO LONGER PAINTED IN RED BUT IN WHITE.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, in the center of the city. A few meters from the Plaza Mayor and about 200 meters from the Puerta del Sol. The Teatro Real is 4 minutes walk away. You can walk to any interesting point of the city, since the Paseo del Prado is only 10 minutes away (there are the main museums), there are supermarkets and shopping streets in the neighborhood, besides being an area full of life, bars and restaurants. In case you want to go further away, there are many public transportation options that will connect you to any point in the city.
