The apartment is on the third floor of a building in the heart of Lisbon, without an elevator. It is located in an old residential area but within walking distance of restaurants and public transportation to explore the city.

Please note that access to the street is strictly pedestrian.

→ Bedroom
The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm), dresser, and hanger stand. The bedroom does not have windows to the exterior but is well-lit through windows to the living room.

→ Living Room
A comfortable and bright living room with a sofa, TV, and air conditioning, opening onto a small balcony.

→ Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen that includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, espresso machine (coffee not included), and washing machine.

→ Bathroom
The apartment has a complete bathroom with a shower.

Additional Information:

→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For longer stays, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time ends at 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied.
→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
