The whole apartment is carefully designed and furnished with great pieces. The whole apartment is fully air-conditioned and there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water 24/7.

Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from a top-quality brand. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you. The entire property has free Wi-Fi!

The apartment is very close to a pharmacy, banks, and public transport. The nearest metro station is "Evangelismos", only 650 meters from the apartment.

Kolonaki is a wealthy, chic, and upmarket district, and a fashionable meeting area. As one of the capital's leading shopping areas, it includes a number of high-end boutiques from young adults to casual fashion to prestigious haute couture from Greek and international designers. One of its main shopping streets, Voukourestiou Street, is now known for its jewelry. Museums and galleries also abound in Kolonaki.

A walk across the street from Vasilissis Sofias Avenue is the Byzantine Museum and the War Museum of Athens. There are a plethora of available options for nightlife, including bars, eateries, and tavernas. The main Kolonaki Square is surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The Lycabettus Funicular, a funicular railway, links Kolonaki to the summit of Lycabettus hill. Kolonaki also hosts 2 metro stations, Evengelismos, and Megaro Mousikis.

For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement.

Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct).
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
