Come have a magical experience in our custom-designed suite with a terrace. This suite is cozy and sized quite right to fit the needs of guests who don’t need much space. The suite stands at 20sqm and contains a bedroom, a private bathroom and kitchen, and a dining area. All basic amenities are fully functional, and several of our guests have come to love the beautiful city views right from the balcony. We know you’ll love this too.

The apartment is air-conditioned and features a flat-screen TV and WiFi. Housekeeping service every 3 days is included in the costs.

The home sits in Kolonaki, a stately neighborhood in central Athens, just north of Syntagma square. With neoclassical yet modernist structures, rich historical buildings and museums, numerous trendy restaurants, and chicly boutiques, Kolonaki is just the perfect area to enjoy a warm stay, go sightseeing, and be seen. Experience firsthand the rich history of this ancient reservoir town and enjoy the fresh summer breezes from this hilly, peaceful neighborhood.

Kolonaki is within walking distance of many exciting city areas. Several museums are located in or very close to it, like the National Archaeological Museum of Athens, just 700metres away, and the University of Athens' central building about 400metres off. The closest bus stop is right next to the apartment and the metro stop Panepistimio can be reached within 7 minutes.

Based on the GR Law for short term bookings till 60 days the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:

1). City Tax 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct).

2). Residence fee for transients 0.5%.
