The 42 sqm apartment is modernly furnished. The bedroom has a new kingsize bed (1.80 x 2m). The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, stove, oven and kettle. In the living room/kitchen there is a dining area and a sofa. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Hairdryer, towels and bed lining are provided. A nice balcony also belongs to the apartment.
A TV and free WiFi are also available.

On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 66.00 per week possible.

From the nearby tram stops Neumarkt or Zülpicher Platz, go underground lines or tram lines in all directions.

Die Wohnung bietet eine separate Küche inklusive Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen und Wasserkocher. Im Wohnzimmer/Küche gibt es eine Essecke und einen Sofa. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Fön, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Ein schöner Balkon gehört auch zur Wohnung.
Ein Fernseher und kostenloses Wlan sind auch zur Verfügung.

Auf Wunsch ist ein wöchentlicher Putz-, Handtuch- und Bettwäscheservice für € 66,00 pro Woche möglich.
