It's a great tranquil place to escape the hustle, bustle & congestion of the inner cities after work. Smart TVs in all rooms, couch-lined wooden deck. 4 beach cruisers. 2 bedrooms upstairs; 3rd bedroom downstairs through the laundry room with its private entry and bathroom
House, laundry room, balcony deck at the back of house. Detached (electronic lockable) 3rd bedroom & bathroom downstairs. The laundry room & garage is communal space. The gardener and cleaning staff will share the space. The back half of the backyard is for guesthouse use and a covered dining table is shared with guesthouse guests.

- AC available x2 window units (subject to increased electric charges)
**Plenty of free street parking directly in front of the house. Don’t park on the driveway if your car leaks oil**
The deck is private. The outdoor dining table is shared with the guesthouse and the back half of the backyard is for the guesthouse.
Laundry room downstairs, Easy electronic entry (no keys). Arrival info can be requested within 24 hours of stay. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated; just ask the day of. We provide a starter pack of cleaning supplies. Utilities paid for stays over 29 nights with caps. Please inquire.

The cleaning fee is a base rate. Additional cleaning fees are determined by what needs to happen to return the unit to its original. Based on $35/hr.
