This fantastic two-bedroom house in Kilburn is the perfect place for families and friends on holiday in this city. It is fully furnished with all the amenities for a pleasant stay, including a beautiful garden to enjoy outside. The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants, and shops, and the Brondesbury tube is only 5-mins away!
The space

The living room is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with two comfy sofas, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a large dining table to accommodate four guests where you can dine with loved ones.
The outside garden is a private sanctuary where you can enjoy quality time with your group.
The modern kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil your culinary requirements.
Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the double beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep.
The bathrooms have all the amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The house is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
