Other things to note, Cleaning is required and weekly and is charged separately from the tenant.
Consumption expenses are separate, depending on the consumption that the tenant makes in the dwelling and will be paid month by month as soon as the receipts for each consumption (water and electricity) are received. There is no gas in the unit and the wifi is put in the name of the tenant.
We make a Rental Agreement with the guest that requires advance payment of a Security Deposit in the amount of 2 monthly rent. It must be paid in advance next to the payment for the first month through HousingAnywhere Payments.
The Security Deposit will be returned at the end of the Accommodation Agreement in the account indicated by the tenant, after checking the condition of the unit at check-out and settling the outstanding consumption of the months contracted by the guest.
