The area of the Plaza de Honduras is an area with a lot of atmospheres, it is a typical area of Valencia where young people gather, it has numerous bars, restaurants and pubs, it is very well connected, with numerous bus lines that pass through the avenue from Blasco Ibáñez and connecting in 10 minutes with the beach of Valencia and its urban centre. The university area is just a 5-minute walk away.
