This apartment is on Carrer Bruc near metro (L4) and several bus stops. - You must pay the rent before the 5th day of each month.

- Minimum stay: 3 month.
GUESTS POLICY:
- One guest is allowed to stay in the room a maximum period of 7 nights.
- Previous notification by email is required.
- First 2 nights are for free.
- After the 2nd night there is an extra cost of 40€ per night.
- Guests must sleep in the same bedroom as the tenant. Never in common areas.
- These rules are not applicable to July and August, when guests are not allowed to stay over.
