The apartment is located close to Recotorado, Law, Medicine, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Dentistry, Podiatry, Engineering (ETSI, ESI) and Faculty of Communication, La Cartuja Campus of the University of Seville (US) and Pablo de Olavide (UPO), CEADE, San Isidoro, Loyola, EUSA, ESIC, International University of Andalusia (UNIA).
For bookings 6-9 months, additional cost of 65€/month needs to be payed to Landlord. For bookings 2-5 months, additional cost of 85€/month. For bookings 0-2 months, cost of 20€ per night, min. 30 nights. Contract and deposit by IBAN transfer must be performed before check in. Contract fee: 45€
