Room Description
Awesome room in a student apartment on Doctor Barraquer in the City Center of Corboda. There are 13 rooms and 4 bathrooms. The room is fully furnished with a chair, desk, wardrobe and a single bed. The shared apartment is full of natural light, has a wide common area, big and fully equipped kitchen. The estimated bills will be approximately 55 euros per month.
Flat Description
The area of the flat is very close to the historic center of Cordoba and only few steps of the most important monuments of the city: la Mezquita, el Alcázar o el Puente Romano. It is a very comfortable place to live, because of a huge variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Only 8 minutes on foot from shopping center and the favorite students’ area of the city - Ciudad Jardín. It is full of pubs, places to go out, tapas bars. The flat is close not only to Filosofia Faculty, but also it is ideal place for students who study in the Faculties like Medicine or Loyola University which is only 6 min on foot.
The bills are 55 € ALWAYS IF THE USAGE IS RESPONSIBLE.
