The apartment measures 31.40 m2, including 1.40 m2 of the balcony. Additionally, there is 3.40 m2 of cellar space in (hidden)ment where you can park the byke or you can leave it in the common bike storage room. The apartemnt is functionally equipped (household appliances, washing machine, TV, optical internet). The sleeping area has two beds, one of which can slide under the m(hidden)ed. It is a 2-minute walk from the apartment to Dunajska cesta and the Economic Exhibition Center where you can hopp on all city busses. restaurants and bars are just around the corner as well as 3 bigger grocery stores.The m(hidden)us and train station are 10-minute away by foot. 20 minutes to the strict city center (Prešernov Trg) by foot.
