A very cozy studio with a sleeping area with a queen size bed separated from the living area by a wardrobe. In the living area there is a sofa, with a side table; a desk and bookcase. There is also a flat-screen TV, an electric heater and a dining table for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a vitro-ceramic hob, oven, a microwave, a small one-door refrigerator with a small freezing area; toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle. It has crockery, cutlery; pots and other kitchen utensils. The water is heated in a 75L cylinder. There is no washing machine, but there is a self-service laundry close by.
The bathroom has a spacious shower, washbasin with storage, a large mirror and toilet.
There is no washing machine!
Rental Conditions:
Rent includes
-- a fortnightly cleaning with linen and towels change (we provide an extra set of bed linen and towels we will wash
--Internet and Cable-TV
Rental excludes:
-- water and electricity usage.
The 1660,00€ Deposit cover the following:
-- Last month of stay (rent - 860,00€)
-- Damage deposit to cover for damages caused to the property (800,00€)
The 100,00€ Deposit covers utilities usages not paid for during the stay.
Deposits and fees are paid at check-in.
This accommodation is in a very lively area of Porto; being perfect for those who like the city environment.
It is located in Praça da República, close by is the 502 bus towards Boavista and the 600 to Avenida dos Aliados, it is served by the Lapa metro stop, but Trindade main metro station is not far away. Perfect for the first stay when moving to Porto!
