The flat is located in a lively residential area, just a short walk from the city park Jardins do Palácio de Cristal. You can reach the centre with all the major attractions, including Porto Cathedral and Bolsa Palace, in only a few minutes by metro or a 20-minute walk. The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room with a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

This spacious, elegantly decorated flat will be the right place for your memorable holiday. It boasts comfortable furniture, trendy design and all the modern amenities at your disposal. Here every little detail has been taken care of, including a coffee machine in the kitchen and blackout curtains in the bedroom to ensure your goodnight’s sleep.

The cosy bedroom is fitted with a double bed dressed with high quality linens for a relaxing night’s sleep.

*Please note that guests are obligated to pay a city tax due to local government law. This city tax varies between cities, and it is not included in the accommodation fare and cleaning fee.
**Please note that construction works are taking place on another property located in the building. The construction work will be active until the 30th of November. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!
House Rules
– Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
– Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
– Keep the property clean and tidy.
– Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.
– Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.
– Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.
– Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
– To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
– In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.
