This contemporary and sunlit apartment is situated in a recently refurbished building, nestled in one of Porto's most picturesque neighborhoods. You'll be just a short stroll away from the city's most renowned landmarks, such as Ribeira, Ponte D. Luis I, Aliados, Clerigos, and Livraria Lello. Additionally, you can conveniently catch a tram from the river's edge to reach the beach area in Foz.
About the Accommodation:
'Duplex Douro River' is a 2-bedroom apartment that offers a captivating river view right in the heart of downtown Porto. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring one bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with a double bed. The apartment is fully equipped to make your stay in Porto a pleasant one. Its decor, simple yet elegant, provides the perfect atmosphere to unwind after a day of city exploration, all while affording you the opportunity to witness a stunning sunset from your window.
The apartment comes with Wi-Fi, a TV featuring cable channels, ample closets for organizing your belongings, and a well-appointed kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for meal preparation. There are also two complete bathrooms with showers, a guest bathroom, a hairdryer, shower gel, and a washing machine. Towels and bed linens are provided upon check-in.
Should you require a crib, there is a one-time additional cost of €7.5. Additional cleaning and restocking of amenities are available for an extra fee.
For guests staying over a month, the host is responsible for covering utilities up to a maximum of €100. Should this amount be exceeded, the guest may be required to cover the additional costs.
