Warm and cozy apartment in a very calm and high-class residential area.
The apartment is in a very green and calm area of the city, just outside the center, which is easy to reach, thanks to great connection to the public transportation. The apartment consists of a very large and fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and comfortable bathroom with shower and a very spacious living room. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, which can go up to 3 in case of a family of 5 people, since the bedroom is very wide. The apartment is complete with a spacious terrace, on which is a pleasure to have eat at every hour of the day.
The apartment is very bright, since it is on the 4th floor, is provided with elevator.
*IMPORTANT SPECIAL CONDITIONS * For this apartment, the following rental conditions apply: 1) electricity is not included but paid upon consumption (0,50€ kw/h). Gas, water, common costs, and internet are included with no limits. 2) Not only a passport and italian fiscal code are required, but also a VISA or Permit of Stay (or receipt of request of the Permit of Stay).
RENTAL CONDITION:
- One-time agency fee: 30% on the first month's rent (it covers the registration of the contract and all the bureaucratic practices related to that).
- The monthly rent includes 50€ electricity and gas utilities for studios, 75€ for 1-bedroom apartments, and 100€ for 2-bedroom apartments or more. The extra cost for electricity and gas has to be paid by the tenant upon consumption.
- We will provide you with a registered contract and the contract translated into English.
- For an extra cost of 50 euros per person you can request a set of towels and bed linen.
- One-time final cleaning fee: for a studio is € 150 (VAT included), for a one-bedroom apartment is € 200 (VAT included), and for a 2-bedroom apartment is € 250 (VAT included).
- Contracts can be terminated with 90 days of early notice and no penalty. If the early notice is inferior the landlord has the right by law to ask for 90 days of rent.
- The deposit will be refunded around 30 days after the check out.
