Situato al primo piano, luminosissimo e molto spazioso. 180 mq di superficie. È composto da cucina abitabile, 3 Bagni e 8 stanze singole. L'appartamento è ottimamente ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti. Dotato di WI-FI, lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata.
La zona è residenziale appena fori le mura , il contesto è particolarmente movimentato e piacevole e molto apprezzato dagli studenti. Zona molto servita, vicina a tutti i principali servizi, come supermercato, fermata dell'autobus, metrò, farmacia. A pochi passi dal polo universitario di (hidden), circa 1,3km
OUR CONDITIONS:
1. If you are workers rent payment will be scheduled quarterly
2. We offer all-inclusive rooms. The rent includes: condominium expenses, electricity, gas, heating, water, WIFI, waste tax. In the house it is forbidden to smoke. The apartments are mixed (male and female) There is a one-off fee including: - full insurance coverage (with civil liability of the tenant)
- regular maintenance and periodic checks that guarantee the house will always be in excellent condition for the entire duration of your contract
- final cleaning and whitewashing

- an Apartment Manager at your disposal that you can call for any need during your stay
- all the bureaucratic formalities and registration
this 450 € fee will be asked to cover all these things
