Located in a wonderful 2 bedrooms-flat in the city center of Ferrara. The flat is totally renovated and completely furnished: storage closet near the entrance, kitchen with oven, microwave & all flatware, 1 bathroom with washing machine, 2 shared bedrooms (one for male and one for female). Each of the shared rooms is designed for 2 students: each student has his own bed, big wardrobe, desk, bedside table, bookcase and connection sockets.
Safe, quiet area, located near BUS stop / pharmacy / supermarkets and activities.
PRICE: 370€ per student ALL bills and expenses included (electricity, gas, water, high speed internet, trash & condo fees...) + 315€ one time fee that include registration of the contract, taxes of registration, insurance that includes any eventuality for the student, supply of mattress cover and monthly cleaning of the common parts.
