This spacious studio includes a double bed, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, and a bathroom with a spacious bath. Fully furnished and with lots of storage space, this cozy studio will make the perfect home!

The apartment is close to most of the major sights and surrounded by the picturesque streets of Budapest, just a few minutes away from the historic Jewish quarter with the Grand Synagogue, and only a one-minute walk from the Váci shopping street and the Danube riverbank. The center of the city, Deák Ferenc square is less than 10 minutes' walk away, while the M2 Astoria Metro Station, the most popular ruin bars, and other major attractions downtown are also easily accessible. The apartment is in close proximity to several restaurants and activities - everything is within walking distance.
Important information:
Utility costs are house fees included in the rent prices up until the average consumption defined by the Hungarian Law; which is 144 m3 gas and 210 kWh electricity per month. The tenant shall pay the cost of the extra consumption based on the monthly bills that we receive after each completed calendar month.
For less than 6 months of rental, we usually do not request a security deposit. In other cases, the deposit equals 1 month of the rental fee.
