We would like to sublet our apartment in Prenzlauer Berg for 1 year. The apartment is fully furnished (you just need to bring your luggage) and equipped with almost new furniture, most of which has only been used for a year. The above-mentioned rent includes all additional costs such as gas, electricity and internet. We are flexible with the start date, but the apartment is available from May 1st. The apartment is easily accessible via an elevator and is barrier-free. It has two rooms, a beautiful balcony, and a basement room. The apartment, built in 2013, has floor heating and a B energy certificate. We speak English and a little German.
