Very Affordable, Share a Room in vancouver, for 2010 Games - c$95

I'm looking to rent one Bedroom in my apartment ( close to Como lake) , during the Olympic winter games In Vancouver. for a friendly people, responsible (quiet, clean and financially reliable) as of December 2009 1st until end of March 2010.
The room has a large mattress ( queen size), shelving units, a desk and a built-in wardrobe + cable TV. laundry facilities are in the building.
$95/nite, for Pre-Olympics $150/nite during Olympics.Thank you for your answer
