I am a german student and I am looking for an apartment /room in Sliema.
I will absolve my practical semester in a Hotel in Sliema. Therefore I need an apartment in Sliema with 1 bedroom ( double bed or french size bed), bathroom, kitchen, internet.
I will come to Malta approx. 20.03.2009 and I will stay till 20.09.2009.
The apartment should cost max. 400 Euro p. month (energy costs included)

I'm also interessted in a shared flat ;) (if its no problem that I will get visits from boyfriend, family ;) )

If you want to share a room it will cost 150 euros per person (the rooms are all double bed rooms) and if single it will cost 250 euros per month this price includes internet, tv, electricity, use of appliances and gas and water, so you will just need to pay for your own stuff like food and drink. The flat is quite big, airy, well lit and there is good space, it is central and you can reach all the buses.

We live in a 3 bedroom apartment in Dingli Street in Sliema (near Sliema tower/exiles beach) and we're looking for another nice flatmate :)

The house is in a good location, supermarkets are close and the bus stop is close by. You can even catch a view on the sea!

The flat itself is on the second floor and consists of 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a large living room and corridor and a bathroom. The roof can be used as well. The bedroom (pics 4-5) which is for rent has got 2 beds inside, wardrobes and dressing table. It is facing the light well and the neighbour's garden, so it's quiet there and you'll have a nice sleep :)

The price is 180 Euros per month, excluding water and electricity. Internet is also available but at an extra charge.

I will migrate to Malta at the beginning of Feb and as I have been living in flatshares all the past years in Germany, I am eager to find one on Malta, too :).
So if you have a room to offer in the named districts, not to expensive and near by the ocean, I would be glad to get an answer from you.
