The apartment has 2 rooms (each 16-17 m2), kitchen, bath, 1 balcony with sun in the afternoon . There is an entrance hall with TV for common use. The apartment is equipped with everything one might need to spend a few month away from home (fridge, TV, cooker, coffee-machine, towls, bed-linen etc.) Of course there is internet and a telephone as well where you can receive calls. The rent is all incl. 320 Euro.

The apartment will be free as from beginning of February 2010
