My flat is located in Sheung Wan, only 2 mins walking distance to Sheung Wan MTR Station and 5 mins walking distance to Central.

The vacant bedroom is 117 Feet² in size and fully furnished. The whole apartment is 700 Feet².

Bedroom is looking over to the small park and it is rather quiet throughout all day.

It will be available by the beginning of July, 2009.

Wiseless internet and cable TV are provided.

A cleaning helper usually comes clean up the flat once a week.

We shared bills.
