Prices have fallen across California and interest rates are down.There is serious profit potential in the purchase of Foreclosed California homes, apartments, land ... Your buying property at 20-50% off the peak market prices with the strong Euro and other currencies that have inflated values against the dollar. THEN you sell when the real estate market comes back and make 25% or more and don't forget your SELLING in DOLLARS that may very well have gained against the Euro and other currencies by then.Those of you who hold Euro's or other currencies that have benefited from a weak dollar, are really in a position to profit on both ends. Even if the dollar does not appreciate your still buying for way less than us Americans are paying because your currencies have gained so much in the last 6 years.
