2 db bedrooms to rent in Sol -2 to 4 persons - Dec & Jan - €250 (Weekly)

We are leaving our flat from the 21st of December untill the end of January and are looking for 2 to 4 persons to sublet our rooms.
The flat counts 5 rooms, 3 flatmates will be in the flat with you (one French, one Austrian, and one Spanish).
It is located right next to puerta del Sol so you cannot be more central in Madrid.
The two bedrooms have double beds and communicate between each other. There are two bathrooms in the flat, one will only be used by the persons using the two bedrooms. There is also a large living room and a kitchen new from this year.
The area is full of bars and resta.urants, shops, everything you need
What else: water, electricity and gas expenses are included, wi-fi in the whole flat, and the flatmates are really nice and welcoming.

The price is (for both bedrooms) :
200€/week (6 nights) and 35€/day for 2 persons.
250€/week and 45€/day if there are 3 persons.
300€/week and 55€/day if there are 4.
