It has 3 bedrooms, a large open living room with deck and kitchen that is fully loaded (this isn’t typical in most French apartments). It is fully furnished with tv, dvd, kitchen items and a washing machine. It is perfectly located across the street from the international primary and secondary school. The tramway line to Grenoble city center is a 5 min walk across the park and major bus lines are out the door. The rent is 1250 Euros per month plus the cost of utilities.
