3rd member wanted for sharing a great flat! Only €400/month

We are two guys aged 25 working/studying at the moment. We speak English, French and German (tiny bit of dutch too!!)and are looking for a third member to share the apartement with.

The apartement to rent is on the 6th floor with 2 balconies, bathroom with shower/bathtub and a fully fitted kitchen (large refrigerator and dishwasher, gas stove and washing machine). The room for rent is about 15m² large and will cost aproximately €400 including everything (water/gas/electricity/internet) with furniture for your room being optional at no additional charge.

Located very central to public transport (on Place Meiser) - tram and buss within a 2 min walk - metro just a 4 min tram ride. Place Schuman is only a 5-10min walk as is Merode.

Many grocery shopping options are close by - Delhaize, Super GB, City Delhaize, Colruy, Aldi and there is also an abundant choice of restaurants and other shops.
