Going abroad for a project work I would like to rent my beautifully furnished home for a few month starting from mid December. Period is flexible, it can be between 3-6 months, depending on our agreement.

This studio apartment is really a home to return after a hard day.

It is a loft apartment on the 4th floor, which is always sunny and warm. As it is in a 5-flat apartment building, there is no problem with washing machine schedules.It is located next to Ciba in Klybeck str, near to Dreirosenbrucke. Only 5 mins walk to Rhein river, and 10 mins from city center. A park for jogging is also next door.

Rent: 1400 CHF/month all inc.
