I'm interested in renting short term. It is my home when I come to work in milan - I'm free lance and work an average of 1 - 3 days a week there. I will rent a room (only to a lady applicant) with the use of the apartment that we will share when I am in town and otherwise it will be all yours. It is newly renovated and consists of a sitting room - kitchen open space, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. All facilities including doorman. Air conditioning. Excellent public transport to city center and fairs - P.zza Piola underground and various trams and buses are 5 mins walk. Payment in advance please. Will also rent monthly or less. Internet wifi included. Non smokers only. The rent is €650/month. Will be available again mid january. Nadia
