Available from end September 2009 : Spacious, fully furnished 80m2 studio/loft space available on the ground floor of our house at the Port of Nice. We live upstairs and are happy to help our tenants whenever we can (e.g. pick up from airport etc).
2 mins walk to the sea, 10 mins to train and tram stations. Very central and quiet location.
Rent : 800 € / month or 400 € / week, inclusive of electricity, hot water, wifi and phone (landlines only).
Double bed + double sofa bed. Sheets and towels provided and laundered.
